Henry Esparza, Vice President Manufacturing Drug Delivery for a Division of Johnson & Johnson

A Latino role model with longevity, Henry Esparza has been with Johnson & Johnson since 1974 where he has held several positions in Operations, Sales & Marketing. Currently he is the Vice President of Manufacturing Drug Delivery for a division of Johnson & Johnson. He received his Bachelor Degree from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas and went on to attend the Program for Management Development (PMD) at Harvard.

Henry is a recipient of many awards...implemented high standards of business excellence...and sits on the NSHMBA National Board as an at Large Member...a must see speaker!
